On the Epsilon team, work groups were organized around subsystems of the
vehicle -- electronic, interior/trim, powertrain, etc. Many of these
subsystem development teams were assigned two managers: a "process
leader," whose |
attention focused on planning and coordination issues, and a "content leader,"
whose attention focused on engineering and technical concerns. |

or "process leader," it means one of these subsystem team leaders. The
